Okay, so I have already answered your other two questions, but I just wanted to do that too. Medico-legal, in this case refers only to someone who makes the appointment by the court and give evidence can be used as a legal opinion the court.

This person is visible only for the child, giving the child what he wants, if possible. It has nothing to do with forensic criminal too! No lie detectors, DNA or drug testing as part of a custody. Forensic psychologists simply means that the judiciary is connected.

Interviewing, if the child is age appropriate, and provide the information to the parents and, finally, a few questions, but their only task is to determine what the child wants and what is best for the child. That does not mean to condemn something or someone, so there is probably nothing would happen to you outside of a few questions to see if you are seriously involved with the father of the child, whether it is a good complement to the life of this child.

This means that, legally constituted, non-criminal forensics. I completedTely promise that everything that means. It is a legal term and has nothing to do with criminology.

They are only a psychologist legal, so they work with the child or children to watch what they want, what they need and what living conditions would be best for them. That is all. Do not worry, they are in most places, including Maine, lol appointed.

A forensic psychologist is typically used to determine the mood of a person accused of a crime at the time of the offense. There is talk, and sometimes I have a comprehensive response to written questions. Nothing more.
